At Montvera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our customer support team is here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

To start a return, contact us at support@montverashop.com. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@montverashop.com.

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photos showing the issue so our team can review your request.

If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in their original condition may be eligible only for a partial refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
